This is the Next Generation 7 Series B770 QE, an optional Zig-Zag foot (#52D) with teflon coating for sewing 'sticky surfaces and leather, plus needles for sewing leather.

A recent 770QE firmware update
(which can only be perfomed by purchasing the Bernina USB stick for
$89, adds three new decorative stitches ‘Serpentine stitches for
Quilters’. The Running stitch (#0004) has been improved and
specially adapted to sewing applications such as sewing on elastic
bands. A new optionally available presser foot ‘Adjustable Ruler foot
#72’ is now displayed when recommended. Due to the height-adjustable
presser foot you can quilt free-motion or along a ruler. Via the height
adjustment, the height of the presser foot sole can be adjusted
optimally corresponding with the fabric thickness. With the latest
update the 770QE can now make use of presser foot #13.
